Atún Encebollado (Tuna in Onion)

A traditional Andalucian dish from the fishing port of Barbate on the Atlantic side of the Straits of Gibraltar.

It is a delicious, simple Tapas which is best enjoyed with some fresh bread and a glass of local Manzanilla wine.
